Shipping Settings

Configure your store's shipping options, including shipping rates, handling fees, and shipping zones.

  1. Access Shipping Settings: Log in to your ClickTribe dashboard and navigate to the Shipping Settings page.
  2. Shipping Zones: Create shipping zones, which are geographic regions that you will ship products to. You can add as many zones as you need.
  3. Shipping Methods: Set up shipping methods for each zone. You can offer free shipping, flat-rate shipping, or calculate shipping rates based on weight or destination.
  4. Shipping Rates: Set shipping rates for each method. You can charge a flat rate or calculate rates based on the product's weight, price, or destination.
  5. Handling Fees: Add handling fees to shipping rates if you need to cover the cost of packing materials or other expenses.
  6. Shipping Classes: Create shipping classes to group products with similar shipping requirements. For example, you may have a shipping class for fragile items or a separate class for oversized items.
  7. Local Pickup: Offer local pickup as a shipping option if you have a physical storefront where customers can pick up their orders.
  8. Shipping Labels: Print shipping labels for your orders directly from your ClickTribe dashboard. You can also track shipments and send tracking information to customers.
  9. Shipping Restrictions: Set shipping restrictions to limit where products can be shipped. You can restrict shipping to specific countries or regions, or exclude certain areas altogether.
