  1. View Your Customers: Go to the Customers page in your eCommerce dashboard to view all of your store's customers.
  2. Search and Filter Customers: Use the search and filter options to find specific customers based on name, email address, order history, and more.
  3. Manage Customer Accounts: You can view and manage customer accounts by clicking on a customer's name. From there, you can view their order history, update their account information, and more.
  4. Add Customer Notes: You can add notes to a customer's account to keep track of important information, such as preferences or special requests.
  5. Export Customer Data: You can export your customer data to a CSV file by clicking the "Export CSV" button on the Customers page. This can be useful for analyzing your customer data in a spreadsheet.
  6. Manage Customer Emails: eCommerce sends various emails to customers throughout the order process. You can customize these emails by going to the eCommerce Settings page and clicking "Emails".
  7. Use Bulk Actions: You can perform bulk actions on multiple customers at once, such as adding notes, changing customer roles, and more.
  8. Offer Discounts and Rewards: You can offer discounts and rewards to your customers using eCommerce's built-in coupon system. You can create coupons that offer a percentage or dollar amount off, free shipping, or other incentives.

That's it! Follow these steps to manage your eCommerce store's customers using eCommerce.
