  1. View Your Orders: Go to the Orders page in your eCommerce dashboard to view all of your store's orders.
  2. Search and Filter Orders: Use the search and filter options to find specific orders based on customer name, order status, order date, and more.
  3. Process Orders: Click on an order to view its details and process it. You can change the order status, add notes, and update the customer with tracking information.
  4. Refund Orders: If a customer requests a refund, you can process it by going to the order details page and clicking the "Refund" button. You can choose to refund the full amount or a partial amount.
  5. Print Packing Slips and Invoices: eCommerce provides options to print packing slips and invoices for your orders. Go to the order details page and click "Print Invoice" or "Print Packing Slip" to generate a PDF.
  6. Manage Order Emails: eCommerce sends various emails to customers throughout the order process. You can customize these emails by going to the eCommerce Settings page and clicking "Emails".
  7. Use Bulk Actions: You can perform bulk actions on multiple orders at once, such as changing the order status, sending order notes, and more.
  8. Manage Customer Accounts: You can view and manage customer accounts by going to the Customers page in your eCommerce dashboard. You can view their order history, update their account information, and more.
