Moderating comments on your ClickTribe website is an important task to ensure that your website stays safe, spam-free, and maintains a positive community. Here's how to moderate comments on your ClickTribe website:

  1. Enable Comment Moderation: Before you can start moderating comments, you need to enable comment moderation in your ClickTribe settings. To do this, go to "Settings" in your ClickTribe dashboard, then click on "Discussion". In the "Before a comment appears" section, tick the box next to "Comment must be manually approved".
  2. Approve Comments: Once you have enabled comment moderation, comments will appear in the "Pending" section of your ClickTribe dashboard. To approve a comment, simply hover over the comment and click the "Approve" button.
  3. Edit or Delete Comments: If you need to edit or delete a comment, simply hover over the comment and click the "Edit" or "Trash" button, respectively. You can also edit comments by clicking on the comment itself.
  4. Set Up Comment Notifications: To receive notifications when a new comment is posted, you can set up comment notifications in your ClickTribe settings. Go to "Settings", then click on "Discussion". In the "Email me whenever" section, tick the box next to "Anyone posts a comment".
