Customize your store's email templates, including order confirmation and customer notification emails.

- Access Email Settings: Log in to your ClickTribe dashboard and navigate to the Email Settings page.
- Choose an Email Template: Click on the email template you want to customize, such as Order Confirmation or Customer Notification.
- Edit the Template Content: Customize the content of the email template using the provided editor. You can add or remove text, images, and formatting to match your store's branding and messaging.
- Preview the Template: Preview the email template to see how it will look when sent to customers. You can send a test email to yourself or another email address to ensure that the formatting and content are correct.
- Save Changes: Once you're happy with the email template, click Save Changes to update the template in your store.
- Customize Other Templates: Repeat this process for other email templates that you want to customize, such as Order Shipped or Refund Processed.
- Use Dynamic Tags: Use dynamic tags to insert customer-specific information into your email templates, such as the customer's name or order details. These tags will be replaced with the appropriate information when the email is sent.
- Test Your Email Templates: Before sending emails to customers, be sure to test your email templates to ensure that they are formatted correctly and contain the right information.
