Resetting User Passwords in ClickTribe

If one of your ClickTribe users has forgotten their password or is having trouble logging in, you can reset their password to help them regain access to their account. This tutorial will show you how to reset passwords for individual users or multiple users at once.

To reset the password for an individual ClickTribe user, follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ClickTribe website as an administrator.
2. Navigate to the Users section by clicking on "Users" in the left-hand sidebar menu.
3. Locate the user whose password you want to reset and click on their username to view their profile.
4. Scroll down to the "Account Management" section and click on the "Generate Password" button.
5. Click on the "Show password" button to view the automatically generated password. You can also change the password to a custom one if you prefer.
6. Click on the "Update User" button to save the new password.

The user will receive an email with their new password and instructions on how to log in.

If you need to reset passwords for multiple ClickTribe users at once, you can use the built-in Bulk Actions feature. Follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ClickTribe website as an administrator.
2. Navigate to the Users section by clicking on "Users" in the left-hand sidebar menu.
3. Check the boxes next to the users whose passwords you want to reset, or click the checkbox in the header row to select all users.
4. From the "Bulk Actions" dropdown menu, select "Reset Password" and click the "Apply" button.
5. You will be prompted to confirm that you want to reset the passwords. Click "Yes" to proceed.
6. The new passwords will be generated automatically and sent to the users via email.
