Step 1: Activate Tutor LMS Plugin

Before we can create a membership site with Tutor LMS, we need to activate the Tutor LMS plugin on our ClickTribe website. You can do this by going to the Plugins section of your ClickTribe dashboard, searching for Tutor LMS, and clicking  Activate.

Step 2: Create Membership Levels

Next, we need to create membership levels that we can use to restrict access to our courses. To do this, go to the Tutor LMS section of your ClickTribe dashboard and click on "Memberships". Click on "Add New" to create a new membership level.

Step 3: Set Membership Details and Access Levels

In the membership level page, add the details for your membership level such as the name, description, and pricing information. You can also choose which courses this membership level can access.

Step 4: Publish Your Membership Level

When you're finished creating your membership level, click on the "Publish" button to make it available for purchase on your website.

Step 5: Assign Courses to Membership Levels

After creating membership levels, we need to assign courses to each membership level. To do this, go to the Tutor LMS section of your ClickTribe dashboard and click on "Courses". Click on the course you want to assign and go to the "Course Options" tab. Under the "Access" section, select the membership level that can access this course.

Step 6: Create a Membership Registration Page

To allow users to purchase memberships, we need to create a membership registration page. To do this, go to the Pages section of your ClickTribe dashboard and click on "Add New". Enter a title for the page and then click on the "Tutor LMS" button in the page editor. From there, select "Membership Registration" as the page type and customize the page settings as needed.

Step 7: Publish Your Membership Registration Page

When you're finished creating your membership registration page, click on the "Publish" button to make it available on your website.

Step 8: Test Your Membership Site

With your membership levels, course access, and registration page set up, you can now test your membership site by creating a test user account and purchasing a membership level. Make sure that the test user can access the appropriate courses based on their membership level.

That's it! You now know how to create a membership site using Tutor LMS. With this powerful ClickTribe plugin, you can easily create and manage your own online courses and restrict access to them based on membership levels.
