ClickTribe allows you to manage the permissions for your media library to control who can view and edit your media files. Here's how to manage your media library permissions in ClickTribe:
- Login to ClickTribe: Start by logging in to your ClickTribe account.
- Go to the Media Library: Once you're logged in, navigate to the Media Library section of your ClickTribe dashboard. You can access this section from the left-hand sidebar menu.
- Edit User Roles: To manage your media library permissions, you'll need to edit user roles. Click on the "Users" section in the left-hand sidebar menu, and then click on "All Users".
- Edit User Permissions: Select the user that you want to edit permissions for and click on the "Edit" button next to their username. Scroll down to the "Media Permissions" section, where you can choose whether the user can upload files, edit files, delete files, or all of the above.
- Restrict Access to Certain Users and Roles: You can also restrict access to certain users and roles. To do this, click on the "Settings" section in the left-hand sidebar menu, and then click on "Media". Here, you can choose which user roles can access the media library.
By following these steps, you can easily manage your media library permissions in ClickTribe and control who can view and edit your media files. This can be particularly useful if you have multiple users working on your website and want to ensure that certain files remain private.
