  1. Login to ClickTribe: Start by logging in to your ClickTribe account.
  2. Go to the Posts section: Once you're logged in, navigate to the Posts section of your ClickTribe dashboard. You can access this section from the left-hand sidebar menu.
  3. Select a post to edit: Choose the post you want to work with and open it for editing.
  4. Access the revisions feature: In the post editor, click on the "Document" tab in the right-hand sidebar menu. Then, scroll down to the "Revisions" section and click on the "Browse" link.
  5. View and compare revisions: The revisions screen will show you a list of all the changes made to the post over time. Click on any revision to view it, and use the slider at the top of the screen to compare it to the current version of the post.
  6. Restore a previous version: If you want to restore a previous version of the post, click on the "Restore This Revision" button for the version you want to use. You can also use the "Compare any two revisions" feature to compare two previous versions side-by-side and select the one you prefer.
  7. Save a copy of the current version: If you want to create a copy of the current version of the post before making changes, click on the "Create a backup copy" link. This will create a new revision that you can access in the future if needed.
  8. Collaborate with others: If you're working with others on the post, they can also make changes and revisions. Click on the "Enable Post Locking" button in the top right corner of the post editor to prevent others from making changes while you're editing.

Congratulations, you've successfully used ClickTribe's post revisions feature to track changes to your posts over time, revert to previous versions, and collaborate with others! This feature can be especially useful if you're working on a complex post or collaborating with others on content creation.
