How to schedule Blog posts

This tutorial will show you how to schedule posts to be published at a later date or time in ClickTribe, allowing you to plan and publish content in advance.

  1. Login to ClickTribe: Start by logging in to your ClickTribe account.
  2. Go to the Posts section: Once you're logged in, navigate to the Posts section of your ClickTribe dashboard. You can access this section from the left-hand sidebar menu.
  3. Create a new post: Click the "Add New" button at the top of the page to create a new post, or select an existing post to edit.
  4. Write your post: Add your content, media, and any necessary formatting to your post as usual.
  5. Set a publication date: In the right-hand sidebar menu of the editor, locate the "Publish" section. Under the "Publish" section, you will see a box labeled "Publish immediately." Click the "Edit" button next to this box.
  6. Choose a publication date and time: In the "Date and Time" section that appears, choose the date and time that you want your post to be published. You can select a specific date and time, or choose a relative date and time, such as "tomorrow" or "next week."
  7. Schedule your post: Once you've selected your publication date and time, click the "Schedule" button. Your post will now be scheduled to be published at the specified date and time.
  8. View and manage scheduled posts: To view or manage your scheduled posts, navigate to the Posts section of your ClickTribe dashboard and click the "Scheduled" tab. Here, you can edit or delete scheduled posts, or change their publication date and time.
