How to customize Blog post settings
This tutorial will show you how to customize various post settings in ClickTribe, including post titles, excerpts, featured images, and more.

- Login to ClickTribe: Start by logging in to your ClickTribe account.
- Go to the Posts section: Once you're logged in, navigate to the Posts section of your ClickTribe dashboard. You can access this section from the left-hand sidebar menu.
- Select a post to edit: Choose the post you want to work with and open it for editing.
- Customize post settings: In the post editor, you'll see various settings options in the right-hand sidebar menu. Here's how to customize some of the key settings:
- Post title: The post title field is located at the top of the editor. You can change the title by simply typing in a new one.
- Post URL: The post URL is automatically generated based on the post title. If you want to change it, you can click on the "Permalink" section under the post title and edit it manually.
- Post excerpt: The post excerpt is a short summary or teaser of the post's content that appears on the blog page or in search results. To customize it, scroll down to the "Excerpt" section and type in your desired summary.
- Featured image: The featured image is the main image that appears at the top of the post and on the blog page. To add or change it, click on the "Set featured image" link in the right-hand sidebar and choose an image from your media library or upload a new one.
- Post format: Some ClickTribe themes support different post formats, such as video or gallery formats. To choose a post format, look for the "Post Format" section in the right-hand sidebar and select your desired format.
- Categories and tags: To assign the post to one or more categories, click on the "Categories" section in the right-hand sidebar and check the appropriate boxes. You can also add tags by typing them in the "Tags" section.
- Publish or save changes: Once you've customized your post settings, you can either publish the post by clicking on the "Publish" button or save changes as a draft by clicking on the "Save Draft" button.
